For your convenience, we are offering a downloadable version of our unoccupied home report. You may print out the form, fill it out as completely as possible, and drop it off at the police department. We will take care of transferring it to our multi-copy form used by the officers in the field. You may drop the form off at the PD anytime. If you are stopping by after regular business hours, just slide the form through the mail slot at the police clerk's window inside the Sharon Ave. entrance. (Note: Make sure to push it all the way through so it falls to the floor).

Please feel free to call the police department with any questions or special needs that you, a friend or relative may have. We will do everything we possibly can to accommodate these requests (i.e. periodically checking on very elderly or ill residents)
